Palmetto Surety Corporate Management Team

Lowndes Sinkler, Chief Operating Officer - Lowndes brings more than 25 years of experience as a bail agent in South Carolina to the company. He is a life-long resident of South Carolina, and he attended The Citadel. Mr. Sinkler currently serves on the South Carolina Association of Bail Bondsmen. His responsibilities include underwriting, recruitment and training of new and existing agents.

David Hedrick, Director of Marketing/Sales - David comes from an extensive marketing and customer service background. David was raised in the lowcountry and graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. David also played college basketball for three years at Anderson College. David handles hiring of new agents, marketing and underwriting for Palmetto Surety.

Cori Crawford, Claims Manager - Cori has been working in customer service, claims, operations for nearly five years. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2002 where she received a bachelor degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations. She moved to the lowcountry in 2002 from Louisiana were she was born and raised. She joined the Palmetto Surety team in 2003, and her responsibilities include managing Claims and Legal.

Kellie Biddix, Controller - Kellie Biddix joined Palmetto Surety's management team as Controller in 2006. In this role, she is responsible for directing and coordinating all company financial planning, accounting, budget and IT management functions. She also oversees the company's compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements. Kellie brings to Palmetto, 14 years of accounting, financial and IT experience. She has a BSBA in Accounting Information Systems, and an MBA from The Citadel.

Simone Lee, Agent Services Coordinator - Simone has several years of experience in customer service. She was born and raised in the low country and graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a concentration in Biology. She joined the Palmetto Surety team in February 2006 and her responsibilities include managing all aspects of inventory contol.

Amy Curl, Agents Services Coordinator
Amy worked in tort law for two and a half years and also has an extensive customer service background. She was raised on the East Coast, moving to Charleston, SC in 1996 to attend High School. After spending a year in college in New Orleans, LA, she returned to the lowcountry in 2001 to be closer to family. She joined the Palmetto Surety team in August 2007, and her responsibilities include transfer bonds, licensing, handling agent requests and materials.
